I had the pleasure of dealing with Mary and Lester of C&E appliance. I had a problem with our Samsung washer and dryer. I contacted Lowes about the repair and said someone would be out in a week to check W/D. I received a phone calll from Mary about an hour after contacting Lowes and said she had a cancellation the next day Lester came out, new exactly what the issue was and repaired the problem. He also informed me that I was using to much detergent and to cut back, which we have and I can honestly say my clothes are cleaner and fresher then ever. Thank you again Lester and Mary. PS I was very skeptical after reading some of the horrible reviews, please give them a chance I am glad I did.

My repair person was the Owner’s brother, who BTW also has a business. He explained how and why the repair costs was over $500 l and agreed a new one would be a better option. He explained why the Buyer reviews on all the Google sites were mainly negative on all the brands. I’ve never had a repair person be so incredibly helpful or had patiently educate me to this degree. He was very friendly and professional, I never felt like I was getting ripped off at any point, he never tried to push a repair on me instead of me just going out and buying another one. I apologize this is so long, it was just such a positive experience!

I needed an appliance repair person for my stove and refrigerator, and C & E Appliance repair, came through for me. Moses, the repairman gave me an honest assessment and fair price for the repair. He was on time, and very professional. From now on, C & E will be my go-to appliance repair service.

After calling a couple of companies in the area to get my dryer fix, no one was able to come the same day. After contacting C & E and explaining my situation Mr Cabrera was able to come the same day, repair and replace the parts in my dryer. He was very helpful and explained in details of the problems to avoid future problems. He even cleaned up after himself. Great Service !!!. I had a problem with my Washer and my Refrigerator and both of my appliance’s decide to go out at the same time . one of my neighbors told me to call C & E appliance before anybody . I highly recommend C&E, especially Moses. My refrigerator stopped blowing cold air on a Saturday. The fridge was full of food as my wife is pregnant. I called Moses and he managed to squeeze a Sat afternoon visit in. He was courteous and very punctual. He quickly determined the issue with a broken part. Unfortunately, he did not have the part, but would be able to fix it Monday. Because he was not able to fix it, he did not charge me the trip charge! On a Saturday no less!! He said it was not good customer service to charge me if he could not fix it. He then gave me advice to fill bowls with ice and keep them in the refrigerator with the door closed, and that would keep it cool enough to save the food until Monday. He then called me first thing on Monday am to schedule the appt. He called 20 minutes before arriving to ensure I would be there. He was very thorough and efficient in making the repair. On top of that his quote was not hourly. He gave me a fixed cost for the repair which to me is unheard of. I would absolutely use Moses again. It’s very hard to find repair men who care about service and being fair. Moses does that. Fridge was working as promised and for a very fair fee. Excellent job and experience.

Prior to arrival Moses called to let me know how far out he was. Moses came and determined what the problem was, ordered the part, and came back the next day to install it. I had a very stubborn dishwasher that did not want to come out. With perseverance it was pulled out and the repair made. I would recommend C&E Appliance Service to my friends and family.

Moses wouldn’t stop until my refrigerator was fixed. My problem was tough to fix, he was only repairman who could get the part but he was up to the challenge. Moses helped me fix my garbage disposal and leaking fridge. He did a wonderful job and was willing to come back to my house several times in order to complete the job. He gave me excellent customer service and would gladly recommend him to anyone else in need of their appliances fixed!

I was extremely satisfied with my service repair. My service repairman Moses Cabrera was prompt, efficient, helpful, kept me informed as he went thru each step, and even worked late on a Friday afternoon to complete a job that was not critical or even important to anyone except myself. He made a second trip into Charlotte (about 30 miles) to get the correct part and returned to install it before he went home for the day. I would highly recommend Moses as a repairman for my appliances.

Moses came today to repair a heating element in my Whirlpool dryer. He was extremely courteous and polite and explained everything he was doing to repair the appliance. If you need to have an appliance repaired definitely call Moses. He will not stop until the appliance is working and his prices are very fair! We actually had two appliances that were broken and Moses was great at diagnosing and repairing our refrigerator. My repairman, Moses Cabrera, did a great job repairing my refridrator. He unclogged the line and repaired the water hose in about an hour! Moses was also really sweet to my dog Wanda who was thrilled that we had a visitor.

Ice cream is hard as a rock. It pays to have someone you can trust to work on your appliances. These reviews (My second) speak to Moses’s honest approach to great customer service. He will be honest about the problem and fixes even if it’s something you really don’t want to hear. I almost needed to put my fridge down for the count and Moses worked his magic. Moses came over and serviced my Whirlpool Refrigerator. I called him in the morning and he was able to come on the same day to service my appliance. Unfortunately he was not able to revive my appliance due to my negligence (I took my fridge outside and decided to hose it down after disinfecting it. Apparently I immersed the electrical system with water and when I plugged it back up it blew my electronics unbeknown to me) Never the less I was satisfied with the level of service I received. He came like he said he would, he was polite, thorough, explicit and informative about what the problem was after examining the appliance. I was more than happy to pay him a minimum fee for taking out the time to explore the problem. I will call C & E Appliance Services again if I have any further problems in the future. I was very happy with the level of service C&E Appliance Repair provided for me when repairing my Whirlpool Dryer. I called first thing Monday morning and he was able to fit me into his schedule that same afternoon! His service/diagnostic fee is much less than any of his competitors, as are his repair prices and he actually had the part needed in stock on his truck! Moses was client friendly. He called me as needed to provide status updates. This included what time he would be arriving. He arrived on time both visits. He had to order a mother board so it took two visits. I understand why he doesn’t have mother boards in stock. They are just too many types. He was able to get next day delivery on the mother board. The old mother board was not client friendly. It was installed with pressure points and GLUE. So he had to be very careful not to damage other working parts when he removed the broken mother board. Great job!
